Life Challenges and Their Impact on the Family

With the aim of promoting psychological awareness in society and providing scientifically sound guidance to families, Higher Metn Artisan in collaboration with Dr. Abeer Al-Aawar organized a workshop titled 'Life Challenges and Their Impact on the Family' on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the association's headquarters in Ras Al-Matn. Life's challenges and the reality we live in are among the most significant causes of psychological stress and depression for many people, regardless of age — unsettling the psychological stability of entire families, from parents to the youngest child. The workshop was distinguished by the importance of the topics presented and the active engagement of participants in sharing personal life experiences. The activity concluded on Saturday, June 17, 2023, with the second and final part of the workshop held at the Issam Makarem Stadium grounds in Ras Al-Matn. We look forward to future sessions with Dr. Abeer Al-Aawar on new topics related to community, family, and psychology — to be announced in due course.
