Born in Ras Beirut. Attorney registered with the Beirut Bar Association, and proprietor of his own law firm in Beirut. Vice President of Ras Al-Matn Municipal Council. Founder and Legal Advisor of Higher Metn Artisan. Vice President of the Association for Forest Wealth and Development (AFDC) and Rapporteur of its Environmental Committee.

Inas Nuwayhed

Inas Nuwayhed

President, Administrative Board — Founding Member

Born and raised in Ras Al-Matn, Upper Metn, Mount Lebanon, she grew up in the United Arab Emirates and returned to her hometown in 2010. A visual artist, poet, and political analyst, she has published political commentary in several Lebanese magazines and online news platforms. She studied Fine Arts in the UAE and has participated in numerous exhibitions both inside and outside Lebanon. She holds a law degree from the Lebanese University. She writes Nabati poetry and has two collections in progress. Her professional experience spans over 22 years, during which she held management positions at international corporations (Total) and semi-governmental insurance companies. She founded two businesses in the field of project studies in the UAE from 1994 to 2010. A former Rotary member, she has been an active participant in social organizations in Lebanon since 2010. She is the founder of Higher Metn Artisan, driven by her belief that building the individual is a mission — as the individual is the nucleus of society, and his moral, intellectual, and ethical growth builds and elevates the community.

Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. Studied psychology for three years at Madras University, India. Member of the Italian Design and Décor Association (2005). Member of DOA (hospitality management specialist, 2015). Member of the Musawa Sons Association. Owner of Consortium Foundation (specializing in printing and packaging, general trade, import and export) in Lebanon since 2016. Representative of GR — Golden Rock Natural Stones, India. Board member and Secretary of Higher Metn Artisan. President of the Lions Club for Antiquities, Beirut.

From the village of Hammana, Upper Metn, Baabda, Mount Lebanon. Graduate of the Institute for Women Physical Education and Sports. Retired teacher. Social assistant in the Upper Metn region for the Caritas Lebanon Association. Socially active across numerous cultural, artistic, social, and spiritual fields.

Souad Al-Masri Abu Chahine

Treasurer — Founding Member

Businesswoman and founder of two companies — one in finance and one in tourism. Social activist who served on the National Committee for the Election of Miss Lebanon and accompanied several queens to the Miss Universe festival. Co-founded the Upper Metn Festivals Committee and dozens of charitable, humanitarian, and social organizations, including the Rotary Club of Aley (1997), the Rotary Club of Hammana — Upper Metn (2004), and the Upper Metn Women's Forum (president since 2016), and the Lebanese Digital Forum. She has supported humanitarian healthcare initiatives through the Kamal Jumblatt Foundation and the Mountain Hospital. Member of the Breast Cancer Prevention Association in Lebanon and the Lebanese MS Patients' Friends Association (Alsep). She has actively promoted women's participation in economic and tourism sectors.

Maysaa Suleiman Al-Banna

Born in the village of Khreyba, Upper Metn. Holds a degree in Accounting and Finance. Social activist with a keen interest in environmental and humanitarian affairs. Professional experience in financial consulting and auditing since 2004. Submitted a report on the archaeological sites of Aanjar and Byblos, which led to an opportunity to collaborate with UNESCO and participate in a World Heritage conservation visit to Japan. Former member of the Khreyba Municipal Council.

From the village of Hasbaiya Al-Matn, Upper Metn. Married with three children. Academic background: interior design engineer. Profession: owner of a carpentry workshop in Upper Metn. Joseph Hashim is a Lebanese civic activist working in agriculture and natural resource protection. His goal is for Lebanon's youth to live with dignity and master a skilled trade.

Actor at Radio Lebanon since 1959 and Television Lebanon since 1962. Played major historical roles including Imam Al-Rida, Prophet Zechariah, Imam Al-Hussein, Imam Jafar Al-Sadeq, Companion Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, and Genghis Khan. Has appeared on Al-Jadeed TV, LBC, NBN, Future TV, Al-Manar, and others. Trained broadcasters and presenters at LBC, Al Jazeera, Al Arabiya, Dubai TV, Kuwait TV, Libya TV, Iraq TV, and Al-Mayadeen. Radio broadcaster on Radio Lebanon, Radio Al-Manar, and Sawt Al-Hurriyya. Founded training centers in Beirut and Dubai.

Published the novel "The Black Snow" (2014) and "Eve Speaks: Letters to Man" (2006). Released three CDs of her Zajal poetry (2007, 2008, 2009). Presented comprehensive research on Lebanese colloquial and Zajal poetry to the Lebanese Ministry of Culture (2003). Hosted a literary salon from 2008 to 2010. Won the Ghanem Ghabbash Short Story Award in Dubai (1993). Worked at Al-Khaleej newspaper (Sharjah, 1980–1982). Published in "Hiya" magazine (Abu Dhabi, 1983), "Al-Riyadah wal-Shabab" (Dubai, 1994), and the Horizon supplement of Al-Diyar newspaper (Lebanon, 1995). Participated in three seasons of the TV program "Sanei' Al-Qarar" (2009–2010). Has contributed to literary evenings and readings at the Emirates Writers' Union and in Lebanon. Media station head during secondary school, Sharjah (1978–1980). Honored by the Mountain Women's Association for poetry; by the Aramon Book Fair; by Who's Who of Professionals (USA, 2007); by Who's Who Biography (USA, 2009); and by the Lebanese Consulate for her poetic contribution to Independence Day celebrations (1991). Currently completing a doctoral thesis in Journalism and Media.

Born in Douma, Lebanon, Batroun district, in 1963. Painter, sculptor, and poet. Published a colloquial poetry collection "A Handful of Talk" (2012). Member of the Douma Festivals Committee and the Cultural Association of Batroun. Has participated in numerous local and international art exhibitions. Assistant director (1986–1989). Wrote several theatrical scripts for various clubs and associations. First solo exhibition in 2022 at Dar Al-Fann Batroun (63 paintings and 12 sculptures). Owner and director of ART CODE (décor design and execution, 2010–2013). Manages a permanent museum — Beit Byout Douma for painting and sculpture. Solo exhibition on October 21, 2022 at Exode Gallery, Achrafieh.

Instructor in the vocational sector for over 21 years, teaching engineering, advertising arts, and carpentry at the Kafaat and CIS institutes. Former assistant international trainer with the Lebanese Scout Federation. Social activist for over 30 years across scouting, Red Cross, JIAD anti-drug initiatives, and environmental work. Holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University, a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Beirut, and multiple AIPMM and HCI professional certifications.
