Congratulations to the President and Vice President of Ras Al-Matn Municipality

Higher Metn Artisan extends its congratulations to colleague Mr. Raja Afif Abu Raslan on his election as President of the Ras Al-Matn Municipal Council, and also to founding member and legal advisor Mr. Amin Salah Al-Halabi on his election as Vice President of Ras Al-Matn Municipality.
