Fine Arts Gathering 2023

Having affirmed that art holds a special place in our mission, and following the launch of the inaugural Fine Arts Gathering in Ras El Metn in 2022, we continue this annual tradition — each year in a different Upper Metn village, bringing together more than 20 of Lebanon's finest visual artists. Our 2023 rendezvous with fine art takes place on August 27, in cooperation with the Social Pastoral Work Committee, hosted by the village of Hasbaiya Al-Matn in Upper Metn. The activity will take place in a natural outdoor setting with inspiring scenery. We are grateful to Prof. Joseph Hachem for welcoming Higher Metn Artisan's artistic gathering on his land. Participants will gather at Higher Metn Artisan's headquarters in Ras El Metn before departing to the venue. The gathering will conclude with an exhibition of works by this year's participating artists alongside pieces from the inaugural 2022 gathering, held in the courtyard of Saint Thecla Church from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with certificates of participation presented to guest artists.
