Drawing Fundamentals with Pencil and Charcoal Course

Upper Metn is filled with talents and energies that need to be refined and guided — a region rich with capabilities in virtually every field. In response to many requests for a drawing course, Higher Metn Artisan organized a six-day course in drawing fundamentals with pencil and charcoal, taught by Mrs. Nour Al-Andari, a graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Lebanese University and a drawing instructor. The course teaches the foundations of beginning a composition, the correct technique for using pencil and charcoal, and how to measure and lay out a still life as an introductory exercise. This course will be followed by additional courses in other visual art mediums, to be announced in due course.
