Attending a Seminar Commemorating Imam Moussa Al-Sadr

Higher Metn Artisan, represented by its president Mrs. Inas Nuwayhed and media committee member Prof. Talal Gharz El-Din, attended a seminar organized by the Ministry of Culture on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at the National Library — Sanayeh, Beirut. The seminar, titled 'Moussa Al-Sadr: An Experience to Follow and a Model to Emulate,' was held on the 44th anniversary of Imam Moussa Al-Sadr's disappearance. It was held under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Minister of Culture Judge Mohammad Wissam Al-Murtada, who opened the event with an address. Speakers included the Deputy President of the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council in Lebanon, His Excellency Prof. Omar Masqawi, and the Vicar General of the Lebanese Maronite Order and Honorary President of Holy Spirit University – Kaslik, Father Prof. Georges Habbouki. The seminar was moderated by writer and journalist Roni Alpha. Among those present were thinkers, scholars, officials, intellectuals, and syndicate heads, including the Syndicate President of Lebanese Professional Artists George Shalhoub, Syndicate President Prof. Jihad Al-Atrash, Director of the National Library in Baakline Prof. Ghazi Saab, and founder of Saint Joseph Medical Clinic in Deir El-Harf Mr. Rabieh Abu Jouda.
